By accessing or using the GOBSOL platform, website, applications, services, and related features, including Medala Care+, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Role of the Platform

GOBSOL and Medala Care+ act solely as technology platforms that facilitate access to healthcare-related services offered by independent licensed healthcare providers, partner clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, logistics providers, and related service providers.

Yngen Technology Corp., GOBSOL, and Medala Care+:

All healthcare services, consultations, diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment decisions are rendered solely by duly licensed independent healthcare professionals.

All medicines and pharmaceutical products are dispensed and fulfilled solely by duly licensed partner pharmacies and drugstores.

Use of the Platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship between the User and Yngen Technology Corp., GOBSOL, or Medala Care+.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
